CID was created in the end of February 2005 by François Pavie and Marc Delahodde

François used to work as Sales Manager for Delahaye, a french machines manufacturer for footwear and leather goods, and official french distributor of the CAD softwares of the british company Crispin.
At the same time, Marc was working as Product Manager for Crispin, CAD software editor for the footwear and orthopaedics industries.

With a 20 years experience in the soft materials and the CAD business - particularly in the footwear industry - and willing to propose our know-how on the market, we decided to mostly intervene in the footwear, the orthopaedics and the leather goods branches, by proposing our expertise in training, consulting and representation of various brands of software and cutting machines. In order to complete those activities, software development was also added to our products range, in order to better serve our customers in their specific requirements.

Our main territory is France and North-Africa, although we operate in other European countries, such as Germany, Belgium or Spain.
