2D Pattern making

OrthoTec© was created to facilate the various pattern making operations on all types of footwear. Easy to use, with an ergonomical and friendly user interface, this software can be customized to best adapt to the customer's requirements.
One of the major features of this software is the ability to almost instantaneously proportionally adapt a style from a last copy to an other, and therefore save tremendous development time on pattern making. The power of this function allows to transform styles from and onto lasts of different sizes and characteristics. |
3D design

OrthoDesign© is certainly the most creative and realistic 3D upper and sole design package available today on the market. It features color functions, textures application, decorative lines edition (stitching, perforations,hooks, buckles, ornaments, etc..) with stunning rendering effects, and offers an intuitive interface very similar to manually drawing on a last.
OrthoDesign© allows to proportionally adapt a style from a last to an other, thus allowing the visualization of the selected style on the patient's foot. |
Soles - PodoView

PodoView© is a software for creating orthopaedic insoles based on a picture of the customer's feet.
The picture of the feet is obtain from a podoscope, a flat scanner or a digitazing tablet, the boundaries of the insole are adapted to the feet and compensation modules can then be inserted. The 3D surface is then created.
The insole is then ready to be generated on a milling machine. |
Soles - SoleCad

SoleCad© is a 3D software for creating orthopaedics insoles.
The capture of the plantar surface is obtained from one of the SoleScanner© surface scanners. The boundaries of the insole are adapted to the feet, and compensation modules can then be inserted. The user can then accurately generate the insole using the foot physiological plantar surface.
The insole is then ready to be generated on a milling machine.

Lasts

FootCad© is the worldwide reference in the 3D creation of industrial and orthopedics lasts.
Based on measurements of the foot, FootCad© can automatically adapt the last style to the patient's foot, thus integrating the construction rules of the last maker or orthopaedics specialist.
With the powerful graphics interface, it is easy to control the various measurements of the last before milling it.

Moulds

MouldCad© is a 3D software for creating insole moulds.
The insole is loaded, the various measurements of the mould are entered and the mould is then displayed.
The mould and its cover can be machined for the created data.
